THE MERCIES OF GOD

[KJV] - Romans 9:16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

The will of God for our lives will surely come true no matter the oppositions and the delays that may arise on our way.

Life is scary without the God factor. It is only God who beautifully completes whatever he started.

Let no man condemn you because of your past. God knows you but do you know God? Let go of your past and seek his mercies this day. Who told you that you can't have an intimate relationship with God?

Once we understand God's mercy towards us, it opens up an incredible channel for us to be reconciled to him.

 We can try, struggle and work to accomplish this on our own or we can fall upon God's mercy and be justified before Him.

The mercies of God are new every morning ready to mingle and make lives better every day.

Prayer: Adore God's great name and ask for His mercies upon your life.

CORONAVIRUS: SAY NO TO STIGMATIZATION

TEXT: [KJV] - Romans 12:15 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.

Naturally, We are prone to tag or call people who suffer some misfortunes with names. We tend to isolate ourselves from them even when they are out of such unfortunate situations.

According to Collins Dictionary, "If someone or something is stigmatized, they are unfairly regarded by many people as being bad or having something to be ashamed of.

Apostle Paul in the above text was exhorting believers to rejoice with those who rejoice and weep with those who weep.

In this crisis, the best we can do to help those that would be affected is to share in their sufferings and their success stories as well.

Let's weep with them by praying, encouraging and interceding for them. Let's rejoice with them by accepting them wholeheartedly after they have recovered from the sickness.

We should resist the temptation of calling them names or running away from them.

We are who we are now by grace. When God graces you don't disgrace somebody.

We are all different and special. Never look down on yourself. There is no one out there better than you.

Man can never understand the ways of God to the fullest. It's high time we accept our limitations and let God be God when things don't go they way we want them to go.

Coronavirus is not treating the world well at all. People are anxious asking when will all these end so that they can pursue their aspirations and get their plans achieved.

People are questioning God, asking why did he allow this to happen humanity? Yes we are still struggling to find a solution yet God is good.

Oh who can straighten what God has made crooked?
God does everything for a purpose. God hasn't lose control. God is not experimenting with our lives. His will alone that will be done.

One thing we know is that all things work together for our good, yes for us that love God. 

Don't be depressed. For God is good and He does the best for us.

Prayer: Give thanks to God and ask for His grace to remain steadfast in Him no matter what comes your way.
